CPU Time

Is there any way to get the CPU time of one set of iterations in Fluent ? I looked for in the manual and couldn't find anything about.

Thanks in advance,

Daniel Bruno.

Re: CPU Time

Use this UDF to get CPU time! Use as a compiled UDF(not as interpreted!)

#include udf.h

#include time.h

DEFINE_ADJUST(adjustfxn,domain)

{

long cpu_clock;

float time_sec;

cpu_clock = clock();

time_sec = (float)cpu_clock/(float)CLOCKS_PER_SEC;

Message("\n cpu_clock time is: %ld, clock time in seconds: %f\n", cpu_clock, time_sec);

}

The header files should be in between these symbols
