Help to find a theme (Ph.D )
 

Hi,

I'm a new Ph.D student in Tsinghua University (Beijing China ) and I have to present my proposal in jun 2002,but still now I haven't find a theme again, so I'm here to request a help if some one have some thing to suggest me. my speciality is Hydropump and hydroturbine.
