mas flow rate or mass flow rate?

Hallo,

during my current analysis I'm monitoring the mass flow rate through two surfaces. It is possible to evaluate the mass flow through the same surfaces by REPORT-FLUX.

Why are there differences in the values between the two "methods"? What is the correct one?

The Flux report will be the most accurate one, since it contains values that are same as computed by the solver. Surface Integrals is more a postprocessing option that can contain small errors from interpolation of node values.
