Convergence Monitor

I wish to observe the convergence of pressure drop through a turbine stage, but I have had problems figuring how to calculate it.

Mass flow rate and the like are no problem, since they are there as options already. I have tried creating custom field functions but how do I explicitely subtract pressure at the inlet and the outlet from one another and monitor that value?
