Do as it tells you, and go to the website and search for your specific error, -15,10, it will tell you what to do!

Re: How to start?

I struggled for quite some time with this myself. The globetrotter website is almost useless, and unfortunately the Fluent customer service is almost useless with these problems.

Have you done all of these? 1) Obtained a current license file from Fluent. 2) Copied this license file to all computers that you want to run Fluent (including the server). 3) Installed the license software on the server listed in the Fluent license file. If the Fluent license does not match the server computer's name exactly, you will get an error. You can alter this name in the license file by hand. 4) Installed the license software on all computers you wish to use Fluent. 5) Started the License Server software on the server. 6) Make sure that there is a good connection between the Fluent computers and the Fluent server. If your network is down, you cannot start Fluent. In the License Server program there are buttons to check if the connection is working and to check if the license is valid. 7) Make sure that all computers have the correct date and that their clocks are within a few minutes of each other.

Those seven steps have solved all my FLEXlm problems. Every time I install Fluent on another computer it refuses to start until I triple check all those seven steps. It usually ends up that the computer date or time was slightly off.

Thanks for your kindly reply! Yes, My problem is caused by the disconnection with the server.
