hess-smith method and fvm method

Default hess-smith method and fvm method

i was doing some heat transfer case. somebody advise me do it with hess-smith method. i don't know the different between the hess-smith method and fvm method. using the hess-smith method, can i solve the hest transfer problem? it is better than the fvm method? thanks
