Minimum number of iterationss before CV ?

Hello,

I use Fluent to simulate a transient supercavitating flow:

* VOF model

* Presto!

* Piso

* time step = 1e-5

I initialize the simulation with the steady non-cavitating flow.

When I perform the simulation, the calcul converges at each time step (except the 10 first ones) in less than 3 iterations. The result given seems to be good, however I read in the Fluent's documentation that a good transient simulation has to converge at each time-step in 10-20 iterations.

I would like you to express your view on this problem.

Sincerly,

Mickaël PERRIN
