I think this tools are not available in Fluent. You can use power of Scheme language available in Fluent and write your own optimisation functions.

I'm runing Fluent optimisation with genetic algorithm where genetic algorithm is master program and Fluent(or Tgrid,preBFC etc.) is slave program. You can do the same with Gradient methods (you need to write fortran or C/C++ programs).

If you want I can send you published paper about one case (from Fluent.Inc meeting).
