Fluent 6.0 has offered the heat exchanger model, but i found it can only handle one-phase model(radiator), but we hope this model could deal with phase-change model(condenser, etc), any expert could tell me how to make an approperate modification?

You should not use this model, and you could do with UDFs writing source terms.
