moutet christophe Guest Posts: n/a	I would like to know how to export files from GAMBIT to FIDAP 8.5. which format I have to choose? how I can open it in FIDAP? thank you.

gualtiero guadagni Guest Posts: n/a	you have to choose FIDAP as solver in the gambit solver menu. then export mesh. Gambit will create 2 files ppp.FDNEUT and ppp.FIPREP. you can edit manually the FIPREP and ad boundary condition as well as othe simulation setting or simply use the FIPREP to generate the FDBASE: fidap -id ppp -in ppp.FDBASE -new.....
