What is your Win version? 98 or 2000(NT).I have met the same problem, but now I solved it. Nmake doesn't work means that this VC command is not accessible on your current operation environment. You should set the VC path manually if your OS is Win98. But it relatively troublesome. If your OS is Win2000 or NT, this environment variable will be added automatically when you install VC. Switch to Win 2000, run the command "setenv.exe" directly, which is in the same folder of "fluent.exe", then it is OK! Good luck!
