Can someone kindly verify whether the following statement is true and if so, why is it the case :

"The sum of the under-relaxation factors for the pressure and momentum equation should be 1.0 when using the SIMPLE algorithm for pressure-velocity coupling in FLUENT"

Thank you.

Is tht so? I always input pressure as 1.0 and Momentum as 0.5 when iterating...furthermore, i run energy tog with velocity etc.. Is tht wrong?
