transitional cavity flow

Hi, I have some experimental data on transitional cavity flow (Re~3000-12000). Recently I tried to model the problem with Fluent 5.3 utilizing k-e (RNG, standart) with wall function or two-layer zonal models. Experimental data shows the existence of two bubbles insides the cavity. However, despite the fact that I have tried many grid configurations, I could obtain only one recirculating bubble. It seems that the problem emanates from the transitional flow regime. Could you please comment on possible solutions on this problem? Thanks in advance.
