Default the change of the moisture content with time?

Hello there. I'm trying to simulate the drying of electrically insulating elements(like paper or wood) of a power transformer in vacuum condition(about 70mbar). The temperature of the room for drying is 120oC. The initial moisture content of insul. elements is 6%, which must be lowered below 0.3%. I want to know the change of the moisture content of insul. elements with time. Finally, I'd like to determine the drying time for some transformers How can I solve this problem? Any idea? I had some idea, but I think that some of them are not available in Fluent and the others can't give me reliable results. Any idea or comments will be welcomed.
