Default Y+ adaption problem

why does the min allowed value still remain 0 ,when i use Y+ adaption ,meanwhile the the max allowed value varies with the adaption? who can tell me?

Hellow,

In the fist place you must now that my Englis is very bad.

The value min and max of Y+ adaption are by default. You must modify these value. For coarse or refinement.
