Default How to simulate condensor?

I want to simulate the temperature field of a condensor, but i know in Fluent 6.0 only NO-phase change's heat exchanger could be simulated, such as radiator,etc. so who can tell me how to set boundary conditions in order to simulate a condensor? I want to have a further discussion with you!
