Default Internal error at 'amgif.c!

hello,i need your help. when i use fluent solver, the following msg. are shown : Inter error at line 743 in file 'amgif.c'.divergence detected in AMG solver.Error object:#f. how can solve the problem? if you know, please tell me. thank you in advance.
