shear strain rate(Sij) -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Jay Guest Posts: n/a	Hello there When Shear strain rate(Sij) is plotted in Fluent it is shown as a scalar field. What contraction of the tensor is used to get this shear strain rate as a scalar. Thanks for your help. Jay
