I want to use deforming/moving mesh function to solve this problem. how to write in the udf file about roation. who can tell me? thank you first.

Please have a look at the dynamic mesh documentation. It has quite a few example UDFs for defining different kind of motions to rigid bodies.

If you don't have access to the documentation, please contact your FLUENT local office for the documentation.
