Default conventions for rotation

Hi, I'm aware of right hand thumb rule for conventions,that is clockwise along the axis which is normal plane of view.

I'm cross checking this because...i get entirely different lift forces if i change the rotation direction of tire. correct me if i'm wrong. Mavinakere.
