Boundry Conditions

I made a geometry in Gambit and then created a neutral file and now i exported it to Fluent to solve it.I am able to define materials. My problem is that i am not able to defien boundary conditions, what do i need to do to give boundary conditions under the command define.

Re: Boundry Conditions

Parshant, you should define the boundary condition type in the gambit, just like the inlet, outlet, and wall the liquid region and so on.Then you can specify the value of the boundary condition, just like the inlet velocity is 0.5m/s and the pressure outlet is zero[0].I hope I did not confuse you!

Parshant

U should follow Zhhuang, One thing I need to mention before exporting mesh u need to specify the boundary conditions (BC) in GAMBIT. and the values of that BC u should introduce in Fluent. zhhuang might miss in the last line a word FLUENT.
