ICEPAK

I am an experienced FLUENT user (GAMBIT, FLUNET 5/6) but may have to do a project in a short space of time using ICEPAK, which I have never used before.

Can anyone tell me if ICEPAK is relatively easy to use, and if it can be used for non-standard parts, mainly computer chips.

Dear DAE:

IcePak is very user friendly and one can use it without any support. Yeah you can use it for computer chips. If needed, help and tutorials are avilable with icepak package itself.
