convergence about 3-D flow field!

When I compute 3-D flow field with compressor cascade, I find it is very difficult to converge and the residuals vary intricately. The grid is unstructured. I don¡¯t know the true reason. Please help!! Thank you!

Raintung, using unstructured mesh will decrease the number of mesh.less mesh, faster convergence. And you can set the underrelaxe factor to less.
