Have anybody exprienced this case?

Error: divergence detected in AMG solver: temperature

I don't konw what to do. I controled Limits and under relaxztion factors. but.....

can anybody tell me how to do?

hi, Guevara: I have encounted the erro you have mentioned for several times. However, the cause of it, I think,largely depends on the details of your model. At this stage, I can only suggest you to change your model from segerate to couple if your problem is supersonic, or to try to carefully initialize your flow field close to the real one if you can predict vehement changes exists, or to think over whether your boundary conditions are compatible with each other.
