Default velocity slip at wall

I am trying to simulate flow in a microchannel.

I want to specify slip velocity at the wall of a microchannel. The equation is something like:

U@wall=Constt.*(du/dy)@wall

How can I get the value of du/dy? What DEFINE MACRO should be used for this problem?

Thank you.
