Default Primitive errors in the AMG solver

I have been getting these error messages for temperature and pressure. Obviously I realise that there is a problem but I just have not been able to work out what causes this error message specifially. I have corrected case files more by luck than by judgement. If anyone has had them before and can help me then I'd like to hear from you.
