Default heat source problem

Hi

I met a problem about a heat source in a room. For example a rectangular heat source. If we should give the heat density (W/m3), how can we define the surface wall of the heat source in boundary conditions either the heat source material is same as the media in room or different?

Can anybody give my suggestion about this? Thanks

John

You can either define a solid in the geometry, make it a wall and apply the heat to it, or you can use the PATCH command to apply the geat generation directly to specified cells.
