Hi !

Does anyone know how to simulate a car/truck traffic with CFD ? What are the analogies you have to do ? (density law for instance, pressure...) Is FLUENT well adapted for this kind of simulation ? Otherwise, what CFD code should I use ?

ThanX

The only CFD related thing that comes to my mind about traffic simulation is modelling the contamination due to exhaust gases. If this is your case you can do that easily by Fluent.

If u are gonna model aerodynamics with millions and millions of cells, choose STAR-CD.
