Default dynamic free surface BC

Hi

I am trying model the motion of a highly vicous fluid within rotating clyinder. Due to rotation the free surface boundary of the fluid is not constant and hence keeps changing. Is possible to model within fluent a dynamic kind of free surface boundary.
