Default a laminar flow and heat transfer problem

i want to simulate the circular laminar flow and heat transfer problem, the question is how to define the inlet temperature distribution profile to stand for the fully developed laminar flow? anyone knows the typical function discribing the tenperature distribution ? thanks very much
