previewing dynamic mesh

Hi, fluent friends,

I work precently with dynamic mesh. After I built and loaded my UDF library correctly, defined dynamic parameters and dynamic zones, I want to preview the mesh. But then I got the following error message:

Error: Internal error at line 1593 in file 'grid.c'. replace_c_ in _f: cell not found.

I checked in Fluent.inc directory, but there is no such 'grid.c'. What did I do wrongly? I hope someone can give me suggestions. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi emma! what macro have u used for modeling the movement? GRID_MOTION ? -is it really the one to use in your case? -the message is telling you that fluent didn't find a cell, maybe you specified non-adequate remeshing parameters so that this cell got deleted!! regards

You are right! Now I don't get such a message any more. I used DEFINE_CG_MOTION macro for my dynamic model, actually it's not used in my case. I just want to do some exercises. I am a new comer for dynamic mesh!
