free surface flow

Hello,

I am just starting to use FLUENT for open channel flow computation.

Can anybody give me an introductory direction for the following points/quaries:

* how can I define a free surface which will change with time depending on pressure. * Inflow boundary is partially opened or water will be entering through a part of the inlet and not occupying the whole width of the channel. * how to use structured and unstructured grid ? * how to include solid particle movement.

Thank you advance for any help.

Regards.
