Steam Generation
 

I would like to model a steam generator (hot gas in the tubes, tubes immersed in water). I have set up the 3D model in Gambit. I am comfortable with the heat transfer portion of Fluent. My problem is with multi phases. In Fluent, how do I describe the volume of water so that with the addition of heat energy it will flash to steam, giving me a steam flow at the outlet?
