blunt body test

Hi,

I am new too cfd and i d like to know what boundary would it be best to use in my case: a bulb (body of revolution) in water (v=3ms-1)

Hi!

You are dealing with incompressible flow so you can define your inlet bc as velocity inlet. For outlet bc use Pressure outlet. It's usually wise to define both velocity and pressure field with boudary conditions. If you define outlet bc as outflow you may get some problems with reverse flow...
