Finding Drag

Hi, I'm currently investigating drag forces on my R/C aeroplane and what i basicly lack is the following: 1. Knowledge of griding the body in 2D and 3D. 2. Knowledge of amospheric turbulent conditions (intansity and length scale).

I would gladly like if some can give me tips and pointers on how to do it.

my gratitude to all.
