dear sir, i have been working on fluent6 on a bench mark casting problem solving for both flow and heat transfer.the inlet for the molten metal has been chosen as pressure inlet as the mass flow rate is not known.the gauge total pressure has been assigned 1042.6068pas(with respect to the operating pressure taken as the atm pressure). we are also facing reversed flow during iterations.we presume the problem is with the boundary conditions. please suggest the appropriate boundary conditions. n i wud alos like to know if tis fine to take the inlet as vel inlet as the vel can be calculated .
