Hi,

Could some one tell me what the problem is ? I am planing to launch a parallel version FLUENT6.18 in the workstaion of SGI 2000. The operation system is irix. However, when I launch the fluent according to the manu of FLUENT 6.18--30.2.1"Starting the parallel solver in UNIX system", I always got the following error message: 0: mpt_connect: error: connect failed: Connection timed out 0: mpt_establish_connection: error: unable to connect: Connection timed out.

So does any body have the experience of using parallel version of FLUENT in the irix system of SGI Origin 2000?

Need you help!

Thanks

Kim
