Flows over blocks

Hi All,
I am using CFD for analysing laminar and turbulent flows over blocks (steps). Has anyone used it for similar applications. Which turbulence model (with heat transfer) would br better for this analysis. How can I know or measure the range of y+, y*? Best Regards, |
