Re: Help to Compile UDF

update the information; 1.creat d:\mywork\test.cas,test.dat,example.c 2.start Fluent on d:\mywork 3.read d:\mywork\test.cas 4.Define->User-defined->Functions->Compiled... 5.setect UDF source file to compile d:\mywork\example.c 6.don't select any Header file 7.Built, then [[C:\FLUENT.INC\fluent6.1\cortex\src\dll.h(53) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'stdarg.h': No such file or directory example.c]]

Re: Help to Compile UDF

you require VC++ with service pack 5 for compiled UDF. Do you have it? If yes, right click on My Comp. Icon, click Proeprties & then Advanced Tab. Then Environment Variables. There check whether all the variables u got or not? For the nales of variables, check on Fluent site.
