Default perforated plate as inlet?

Hello all,

Using porous jump condition to specify the conditions for a perforated plate needs a two-sided face. But I want to specify this perforated plate as an inlet condition(velocity or mass-flow inlet), can it be implemented? Any suggestions?

Thanks, Shankar.
