modelling of conjugate heat transfer problem

How to put boundary conditions for conduction+convection problem because sovler picks only one medium but heat flow is through metal and metal to air? any body may please guide?

It is quite straightforward: in Gambit, define your metal grid similar as a fluid zone. In the fluid boundary conditions panel, set it to be a 'solid'.

After importing the mesh into Fluent, you can set the material type for this solid zone.
