modeling condensation

In my model I have a situation where water vapor is circulating in a closed space. Depending on the local temperature and relative humidity conditions, the water vapor condenses on the surface and can again evaporate eventually.

Is it possible to model this situation in fluent? If so please give me some directions. I am relatively new to fluent but now at a stage where I can find my around my reading some stuff and looking at examples.
