I would write in a .out or .dat file the Mass-Weighted Average(Temperature) on a Wall. I don't want the
report at every iteration (Solver -> Steady) , but only when the solution reaches convergence.
Solve the transport equations, and when converged, monitor the wall for 1 iteration.
That will give you what you want.
