grain drying

I am trying to solve a problem of grain drying using fluent. Assume wet grain like soybean (assume spherical beans) stored in a 1m dia X 3 m tall cylinder. dry air is passed from the bottom. obviously dry air is going to carry away some moisture from grain and make it more and more dry as time elapses. how can I model this siuation in fluent?

any help, suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks, CO2
