VOF (hydrostatic pressure for water)

Hi,

I am running a simulation using VOF and all seems allright exepting that there is not hydrostatic component for the pressure. I have 0.5m of water and the pressure on the surface is the same as the pressure at the bottom surface. I have turned on the gravity (y=-9.81)and specified an operating density. If anyone knows what I can do...

Thank you very much. Esteban

it is right, FLUENT's static pressure is so defined that it exclude the hydrostatic.see fluent's help document 6.3.1
