Hello,

I'm studying a clarifier. It has a free surface and two phases: water and sediments. I have to modelize the transport and deposition of these sediments.I'm new with fluent so I've started with a 2D eulerian model but my results aren't completely good. If someone give me some documents or information about similar cases, it will be very useful to me.

thanks

Try this:

Brouckaert, CJ & Buckley, CA, 1999, "The use of computational fluid dynamics for improving the design and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants", Wat. Sci. Tech 40, 4-5, 81 - 89.
