Default How to simulate boiling/evaporation?

Currently I am doing a project about heat transfer simulation with model as normal tubing insulated by insulator. Tubing will be filled by liquid nitrogen (temperature 70K). Because the ambient temperature is 303K, there will be heat going in the tubing. As a result, liquid nitrogen gradually become gases which will build up the pressure thus create flow.

How to simulate this problem? thanks for your time

The new fluent version (6.1) has heat and mass transfer included in multiphase option.

You can find some results/examples on fluent homepage...

In any case you should work with mixture model, or if that doesnt work with eulerian multiphase model. If you expect a significant bubbly flow regime, switch to vof or dpm.

Check the multiphase chapter (mass transfer) in fluent documentation.
