cell heights in a 3D model

I have a fairly complicated 3D geometry and the meshing was very complicated (involved hex+tet elements). Now I have a few hundred thousand cells, and I need to know the dimension of each cell in a particular direction (for example, height h in z direction) for another analysis. How can I get these numbers? Is there any direct or indirect way to extract the cell height information from FLUENT (or GAMBIT). Any suggestion will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance. S.S.
