Turbulence Model for flow between corotating disk

Which turbulence model is recommended for the following case?

Flow between corotating disks, specially attention that the gap is very thin

b << r (b=gap, r=radius)

ro/b=200

ro/ri=6, (i=inner, o=outer)

Re-b= 30 (reynolds associated to the gap and circumferential outer tangential speed)

Re-l = 6500 (local reynolds local at circumferential station associated to the radius and tangential speed)

One similar model can be visualized in the following page http://www.fast.u-psud.fr/~moisy/papers/gau_jfm02.pdf Just to have into account that for my case is a open system in which the flow enter at the pheriphery and exhaust at the inner radius.

What about damping from Low re ke to High Re ke Models? I mean : two simulations -one with high Re and other with low Re ke-, or two regions of the flow an inner and and outer. I am using fluent.

I thank in advance for the suggestions and opinions.

Best regards Felipe Rey
