* Any one have a ready geometry for a vertical pipe?

* Is there any ability to let the axis in the middle. i.e. not at the pipe wall?

* Is any one try or know how to simulate an oil well annulas?

Not sure what you need. A vertical pipe? It should be a simple cylinder, which you can create and mesh in few minutes using GAMBIT.

GAMBIT 2 or following creates cylinders and solids geometries with the axis in the center of the geometry, so you shouldn't have this problem. Anyway, you can translate the cylinder to put it's axis where you want.
